Filters should be replaced at least once a month in order to help supply the furnace with proper air flow and protect the interior/blower motor from excessive dust.
Remove the filter and hand wash to clean. Allow filter to air dry. After removing the filter install the second filter. Repeat each 30 days or as necessary.
